The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One gun and one loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner No. 1 and from the possession of petitioner No. 2 and 3, one loaded pistol was recovered for that petitioners are in jail for more than five months. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41836 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 P2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No. 44/2015.
