The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A. No. 10 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 03-07-2014. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed. Let M. A. No. 10 of 2013 be restored to its original file, with a condition that order dated 03-07-2014 passed in M.A. No. 10 of 2013 must be complied with by 4th of April, 2016, failing which, the Misc. Appeal No. 10 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.
