Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and marriage of the deceased had taken place with the petitioner in the year 2012. After marriage the deceased gave birth to a boy out of the aforesaid wedlock. It is stated that the deceased was not liked by the petitioner and she was subjected to cruelty. Lastly, she was killed by the petitioner along with other accused by administering poison. The post mortem examination report reveals that only one bruise on the left eye of the deceased was found and the doctor could not ascertain the cause of death and the viscera was preserved. Moreover, there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18421 of 2015 (4) dt.18-09-2015 2 / 2 submissions of the parties, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur, in Rosera P. S. Case no. 350 of 2014.
