JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S.Case No. 82 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 327, 332, 353, 379, 504 and 511 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they assaulted the police personnel when they had gone to village on getting information of land dispute.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a lady; moreover, other co-accused, having similar allegation, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63334 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77919 of 2018(2) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Session Judge VI, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
