The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with a farsa on his head causing injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of occurrence is other than what has been narrated in the F.I.R. Even accepting the allegations, the injuries on the informant have been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of injury on the informant having been found to be simple in nature, the petitioner who has no criminal antecedent having remained in custody for 8 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case no.108 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Madhubani.
