2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that victim has sustained gun shot injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 has got three criminal antecedents and petitioner no. 2 has got two criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 22.02.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64356 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023.

6. The petitioners will visit Naubatpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
