This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 353 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 498A and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner, who is the husband, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 22.06.2015 and that matrimonial dispute between him and the informant is the reason behind institution of the First Information Report. Considering the submission and the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47462 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 353 of 2015.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
