JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Om Prakash Singh and learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 Pushpa Jaiswal, the informant of Bypass P.S. Case No. 94 of 2011, submit that they have settled their disputes and are willing to file a compromise petition. The offences wherein cognizance has been taken are under Sections 420,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

If the parties have settled their disputes and are going to file compromise petition, there is no reason that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50331 of 2013 (3) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 learned court below would prolong with the trial. Hence, the court below shall dispose of the case within two months from the date of filing of the compromise petition without giving unnecessary adjournments and the parties shall fully co-operate in early conclusion of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
