The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 115 of 2008 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out an out frivolous complaint has been made against the petitioner and the dispute originates from some difference within the family regarding properties of their Sasural. It is further submitted that the story regarding sale and purchase of Tractor is nothing but a pretext by the complainant to rope the petitioner on false allegations.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22966 of 2014 (5) dt.29-01-2016 Considering the nature of allegation in the complaint and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 115 of 2008, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
