JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 302 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there was transaction of the amount of the Finance Scheme of the Government in the account of the other persons though net banking.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no case is made out under sections mentioned in the F.I.R. He has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation and as the investigation is also required in presence of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he has to surrender before the learned court
