2. On considering the facts stated in the First Information Report it is found that they do constitute cognizable offences.
3. This Court does not find itself inclined to quash the First Information Report as investigation of a case is in the statutory domain of the police. The Court can quash the First Information Report in exceptional cases and the present case does not appear falling in that category.
The petition is dismissed.
