JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Madan Kumar, learned A.P.P. as well as Sri Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner, who is in custody only since 31.8.2015 in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 357 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and there is general and omnibus allegation. However, learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that against the

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, at the moment, the court is not inclined to grant bail. However, petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months from today. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U T
