The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 302 IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted one Nawalesh Kumar.

In the instant case case diary and injury report were called for which have been received. From the injury report it appears that the nature of injury found on the person of Nawalesh Kumar is simple.

Considering the nature of injury sustained by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63026 of 2019(5) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Nawalesh Kumar as is evident from the injury report, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
