JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT 08-03-2016 Till identity of the three Chandan Kumar Singhs have to be established unambiguously as there are three Chandan Kumar Singhs at Sl. No. 427, 428 and 429 on the roll, the claim of the petitioner that the marks awarded to Chandan Kumar Singh at Sl. No. 429 is the one which accrued to him cannot be accepted as a matter of course because the Tabulation Register or the Cross List does not indicate the position, which the petitioner is claiming in the writ application to be the marks awarded to him. There is no ambiguity with regard to the marks so given in the Cross List. The writ application is disposed of with the liberty to the Bihar School Examination Board to inform the petitioner as to
Patna High Court CWJC No.17614 of 2014 (5) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 the state of affairs emerging from the records and the claim so made by the petitioner.
Such a communication must be made within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. The writ application is disposed of in terms of the above.
