08.04.2015 Both the parties are present in Court and it does not seem that they are interested in resuming their matrimonial relation-ship.
Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 11.03.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 2092 of 2011 pending before the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
The Petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears of Rs. 750/- within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Thereafter, the Petitioner shall pay
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50029 of 2013 (6) dt.08-04-2015 a sum of Rs. 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred) in place of Rs. 750/-. The Petitioner from now shall deposit the money in the account of the Complainant i.e. Oriental Bank of Commerce, Darbhanga Branch bearing her Account No. 12202191037574 and in case he fails to do so on two consecutive months the Opposite Party No. 2 shall make a report to the Court below upon which the bail bond shall stand cancelled.
