Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 registered under Sections 341,323,379,504/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case due
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8428 of 2017 (3) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 to village politics. The story is false and concocted as there is no injury. The informant himself stated that after the occurrence, the accused persons returned his fishing net.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
