2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As prosecution case, the informant alleged that the petitioner entered into his office and assaulted him by fists over his neck and dragged him holding his collar and snatched Rs.6500/- from the pocket of the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is false and concocted, no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious or physical possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner visit the office of Nagar Panchayat for the purpose of

The injury report of the doctor is found that the injury sustained by the injured person is simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) mdrashid/- U T
