1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case no.335 of 2023 registered under sections 414, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, a motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner for which he could not produce any documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 13.5.2023 and has no antecedent of similar nature in the past. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner not having any similar case by way of an antecedent, his being in custody since 13.5.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case no.335 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Gaya.
