The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2006 registered under Sections 498, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai. Regard being had to the fact that the case is of the year 2006 and the petitioner was declared as absconder by the court as also the fact that in the case diary it has come that he not only subjected the victim to cruelty along with his brother and other family members for non fulfillment of demand of dowry but also tried to establish physical relationship with the deceased whose dead body was disposed of hurriedly without informing the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52491 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 parents of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
