The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Singhwara P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his sister was married Raushan Maharaj, son of the petitioners three years ago. The informant got information on 13.12.2016 that his sister died. The informant made allegation that the petitioners and the husband of the deceased were torturing her and they strangulated her to death. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The deceased had some quarrel

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10842 of 2017 (3) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 with her husband and she committed suicide. The marriage was solemnized eight years ago. The deceased got a daughter namely Ridhi Kumari who is about six years old.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners who are fatherin-law and mother-in-law, they above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Darbhanga in Singhwara P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
