Mr. Raj Nandan Prasad, learned senior counsel of the Punjab National Bank informs this Court that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in respect of his claim for being considered for promotion and as a consequence thereof, payment of enhanced pay scale, as per the Fitment Committee

Patna High Court CWJC No.20334 of 2012(5) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 report and also full financial benefits since December, 1989 has been redressed.

3. Considering the specific statement in respect of consideration of the relief sought for by the petitioner has been made in paragraph no.13 of the counter affidavit to the above extent.

4. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may file a detail representation for considering his fresh relief in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
