====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 307, 354, 506, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted Bhaisur of the informant by means of Farsa as a result of which he sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that due to land dispute, alleged occurrence took place in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application and submits that doctor has found the injury to be grievous in nature.
