JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made Katta was recovered from the almirah kept in the house of the petitioner. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but for recovery of the aforesaid katta, he is languishing in jail custody since 24.07.2015. Moreover, recovery of firearm without any cartridge is meaningless.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 99 of 2015.
