From the order impugned, it is evident that cognizance of an offence punishable under different Sections of the I.P.C. as well as under Section 3(1)(X) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act had already been taken on account thereof, considering the principle enunciated by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Bachu Das vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2014) 3 SCC 471 as well as Manju Devi vs. Onkarjit Singh Ahluwalia @ Omkarjeet Singh & Ors. relating to Criminal Appeal No.570 of 2017 arising out of S.L.P.
