The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 435, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant along with his other family members were going to attend marriage ceremony of his younger brother with Bolero Vehicle when they met with an accident, as a result of which, one person sustained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71824 of 2021(3) dt.20-07-2022 2/3 injuries. It is alleged against the petitioner that he instigated the other people of the locality and thereafter accused persons assaulted the informant, other family members, driver and set the vehicle of the informant on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021, subject to
