3. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 22.11.2022, the concerned party has invoked remedy of appeal before the appellate authority and appeal case no. 01 of 2023 is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority.

4. In the light of these developments, the present contempt petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding of the present MJC No. 3492 of 2019 stands dropped reserving liberty to the respective parties to expedite Appeal Case No. 01 of 2023. (P. B.
