Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2013 in Sessions Trial No.275/14 arising out of Bye Pass P.S. Case No.238/07 for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per the F.I.R., the only allegation made by the informant is that the informant's son along with this petitioner had gone to see video show. That apart, there is no other cogent material on record so as to connect this petitioner with the offence.
