The petitioners seek bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The contention raised on behalf of the applicants is that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to land dispute, as there is no recovery from the physical possession of the petitioners. In view of the above contention on behalf of the applicants, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
