The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Excise Case No. 464 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 42 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Recovery is of total 50 litres of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner who is in custody since 25.07.2023.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur (Patna) in connection
