JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in support of the present application seeking anticipatory bail. Nobody appears on behalf of the State.

Earlier, prayer made on behalf of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide order dated 22.06.2015 (Annexure1). By the said order, rest of the petitioners (accused persons) were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Diverse submissions have been made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail. It is stated that thereafter some other accused persons have been granted either regular bail or anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to extend the petitioner the privilege

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4135 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 of anticipatory bail. Prayer is rejected.

It will be open to the petitioner to surrender and bring to the notice of the court below the diverse orders on which reliance has been placed and seek regular bail.
