Petitioners seek bail in connection with Jamhor P.S. Case No.35/2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 23.05.2019. Learned counsel for the informant assisted by learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

No.63685 of 2019(4) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioners. The same is, therefore, rejected.
