Learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of counter affidavit states that the petitioner had applied for registration of the vehicle without compliance of the various parameters as enumerated in paragraph 2 of the counter affidavit and thus submits that the writ petition is devoid of any merit.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U
