The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 06 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that in view of memo no. 1319 dated 22.06.2015 issued by District Education Officer, Darbhanga vide AnnexureIV, a request has been made to Block Education Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan (informant) that a criminal case which has been lodged against this petitioner may be withdrawn, as no

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already retired and the department has come to the conclusion that no purpose would be served by pursuing the case and the fact that petitioner has got clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No.
