====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. In the present case, petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 6th February 2015.

In the present case the petitioner has not pointed out any error apparent on the face of the record but submitted that this case should be decided on merit.

As this Court has already passed order aforesaid and the petitioner could not point out error apparent on the face of record, there is no need to review the earlier order. As the case has been remanded back for proper consideration, this Court does not find any error in the order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.90 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 respondents are not considering the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.
