Petitioner seeks bail in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 232 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 427, 354B, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34, is pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58547 of 2018 with liberty to renew the prayer after six months if no substantive progress is made in the trial. The present application is, therefore, premature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75640 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is, again, rejected.

Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months as ordered earlier.
