The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chandradeep P.S. case No. 86 of 2016 under Section 366, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant suspected that petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. and she disclosed that she went along with petitioner and solemnized marriage with him.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
