This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the petitioners had taken loan of Rs.80,000/- from the informant for the purpose of marriage of his daughter. He had executed a mortgage deed with conditional sale. Apparently the matter is of civil dispute.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 59 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9383 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
