2. The petitioner is seeking an appointment on compassionate ground by the Patliputra University on the strength of recommendation made by the Principal of the J.D. Women's College, Patna.

3. The petitioner has, however, not annexed rule / notification / guidelines / policy decision issued by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14100 of 2024 dt.17-09-2024 2/2 competent authority for appointment on compassionate basis.

4. In the absence of rule / notification / guidelines / policy decision issued by the competent authority for appointment on compassionate basis, no effective adjudication of the writ petition can be made by this Court determining the right or otherwise of the petitioner to be appointed on compassionate ground by the Patliputra University.

5. Under the circumstances, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if so advised, enclosing the rule / notification / guidelines / policy decision issued by the competent authority for appointment on compassionate basis.
