2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024.
3. As per prosecution case, there has been recovery of one stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. From perusal of the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47532 of 2023, it appears that the petitioner was in custody on the alleged date of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68518 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 occurrence. On the basis of suspicion and due to his criminal antecedents, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
