JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For the respondents be directed to pay overtime salary / allowance for the period of 9.8.2013 to 15.11.2018.

(b). For the respondents be directed to pay compound interest of 9% per annum over the amount for which petitioner is entitled since date of retirement till date of payment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentBihar State Power Generation Company Ltd., Patna, has

Patna High Court CWJC No.16296 of 2022(2) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 submitted that the grievances of the petitioner was examined and his claim has been entertained and redressed, inasmuch as he has been paid a sum of Rs. 2,20,278/-, after deduction of income tax of Rs. 24,000/-, vide cheque no. 225166 dated 6.2.2024, hence, it is submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievance, if any, by approaching the Respondent authorities. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
