The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner asked him to play cards. When the informant refused to play cards, the petitioner and others assaulted the informant and his brother with iron rod. Father of the informant was also assaulted by Binde Chauhan and Krishna Chauhan.
It appears that the occurrence took place due to petty dispute for playing cards and the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27849 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 213/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
