====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 12050 of 2004 which was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Taking note of the fact that the application was for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 12050 of 2004 which was filed in the year 2004, this Court went through the records of the writ petition to see as to whether any cause still survives with regard to the dispute in question and on going through the records it is seen that the writ petition was filed challenging a notification issued by the State Government on 02.09.2004 with regard to constitution of a committee for managing of the trust in question. Now as an ad hoc committee for managing the trust was created, with the passage of time even the purpose for which the writ petition was filed is rendered infructuous. That being so, no useful purpose would be served

Patna High Court MJC No.2742 of 2007(2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 by restoring the writ petition which also seems to have been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, this application stands dismissed.
