Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Runni Saidpur P.S.Case No.560/18 registered under Section 354(D)(II) of I.P.C. and Section 66(A) of I.T.Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken some obscene photographs of the daughter of the informant. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was some love affairs between the petitioner and the daughter of the informant and, as such, the informant was not happy with the same and he lodged this case against the petitioner and now he is suffering from mental depression and is undergoing treatment at Jaypee Hospital in Delhi.

No.78861 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II, Sitamarhi, in Runnji Saidpur P.S.Case No.560/18 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and further condition that the bailors must be of local having sufficient movable and immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
