The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20285 of 2024. It also appears that the name of the petitioner came up in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.
