This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 467, 458 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is witness on the partnership deed between the informant and co-accused, Rajiv Ranjan. The whole allegation is of dispute of partnership between the parties.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 386 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
