1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 379, 354, 504 and 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and is in custody since 22.06.2024 and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation of assaulting the informant and his father in-law by farsa is against Shambhu Rai while Chhotu Rai and Ram Pravesh Rai are alleged to have assaulted the informant and her father in-law with an iron rod on account of which they

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case and allegation of snatching golden chain is ornamental in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant oppose the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Archana Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi P. S. Case No.274 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
