This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bihariganj P.S. Case No.97 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 87(2) and 137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 02.04.2025. 4.

The victim in her statement recorded under section 180 of the B.N.S.S. has stated that she had left with the petitioner out of her free will.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this bail

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura / concerned Court below, in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.97 of 2025, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Failure to appear before the trial court on two consecutive dates shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
