In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 191 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the daughter of the informant was killed by the petitioners and other family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced the judgment and order of Sessions Trial No.304 of 2018/ 127 of 2018, by which the husband and father-in-law of the victim has been acquitted.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Pupri, District- Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S. Case no. 191 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
