2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023 lodged on 17.05.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 363 & 366 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64335 of 2023. Counsel further submits that report has been called for and from the said report, it transpires that another accused is absconding after bail. Counsel submits that criminal antecedent of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65418 of 2024(4) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 19.05.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is the accused having direct allegation.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
