Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.11110 of 2018 arising out of P.R.(Nadi) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that two persons were found coming on Scooty. One person fled away on seeing the police party. The police caught the pillion rider, who disclosed the name of the petitioner. Total 50 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the aforesaid scooty kept in one gallon. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 22.11.2018 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.11110 of 2018 arising out of P.R.(Nadi) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
